Calling all Food Vendors, Non-Food Vendors and Arts and Crafts Vendors!
Start shopping for your Christmas items early and enjoy the different types of food and items that will be offered. There will be Craft Booths, Jewelry, Paintings, Yard Items and Food, and the Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking more vendors. Vendors have an opportunity to sell their products or goods on main street Chinook from 1 to 8 p.m. on Friday, September 23rd and 9 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 24th. Entry deadline is September 19th at 5:00 p.m. and the fee to enter is $30 per vendor (Non-Member Rate) and $10 for Members, payable to the Chinook Area Chamber of Commerce. Be sure to bring your own tables. Entry forms can be mailed to: Chinook Chamber, PO Box 744 - Chinook, MT 59523. Registration is 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 23rd at the Chamber of Commerce Office – 313 Indiana Street - Chinook and you will be given instructions on your booth location. Be sure and reserve your spot today! Spots are given based on which forms come in first.
What is a Vendor?
Each year, the Chamber hosts several events that invite vendors to participate. The description of a vendor is: an individual or business that showcases their wares during an event. If a business or storefront on main street Chinook is open Monday– Friday year around, that business is not considered a vendor. However, those that attend or showcase their wares (whether it be in a relatives business, or on a friends front doorstep) just for the sole purpose of taking advantage of the crowd that the event draws; is considered a vendor. All money that is received from vendor space sales is used for the following: payment towards vendor locations as “rent”, event insurance and all costs involved in putting on the festival. Please remember this and give your consideration towards the Chinook Area Chamber of Commerce.

Registration fees need to be paid in full by Friday, September 19th 2016, and are non-refundable (no exceptions).
To ensure your space is reserved, your payment and registration form must be sent in as soon as possible. First come first serve basis. We advertise in the newspaper prior to the event.
